Harris Women go to England and Scotland

Peggy, Molly, Hilary and Sara took a trip to Britain in August 2004. We started in London and did all the fun things one does in London. Then we rented a car and tooled around England, Wales and Scotland, visiting distant family, seeing the sights, and even finding some Harris heritage in Salisbury.

Walk to D'Feet ALS

Once again, Luke and I will be walking in the Walk to D'Feet ALS on November 8. We have a new location, Citizen's Bank Park area in Philadelphia. Apparently, the Phillies are huge supporters of the ALS Association. (Yay Phillies!)

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, is a fatal neuromuscular disease that can strike anyone without warning. Every 90 minutes someone in this country will be diagnosed with ALS and every 90 minutes someone will lose their battle against this devastating disease. Singing City Fall Concert

Hello Everybody!

I am writing to inform you of the Singing City Fall Concert, which is taking place on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at St. David's Episcopal Church. The theme of the concert is poetry that has been put to music, some very old and some very new. It is a wonderful hodge-podge of beautiful poetry and music.

Singing City has a great "line-up" for the season and this is the "kick-off." I would love it if you could be there to enjoy the experience.
